We are the Livengood Family. Ryan, Liz and Jacob who in almost 3 years old in October, and a little boy on the way, due October 25.
Ryan and I have been married almost 6 years! It’s crazy how the time has flown by.
I worked at Jcpenney Salon for about 3 years and then became a 24 hour stay at home mom.
I thought doing hair kept me busy. I had no idea.
Ryan has just entered his 4th year of Residency in Pathology. That makes 8 years of Medical
Training and school after College. Honestly, no one should ever go to school that long…believe me! Then he will be doing a Fellowship next year in Hematopathology.
We just moved into our wonderful new home a month and a half ago from our trusty trailor that we called home here in Morgantown for almost 6 years (for me) 7 years (for Ryan). We feel so blessed that God provided more space to us in our home. He sent it our way and we took advantage of it, after lots of thought and prayer.
I am officially in my 7th month of Pregnancy and we still don’t have a name for this new little boy entering our lives. This pregnancy has gone by extremely fast, and we stay so busy that I forget I’m pregnant sometimes.
I am still doing hair in my home for friends, and family when we see one another.
I also am a Mary Kay Consultant which also keeps me very busy…which I like very much.
Jacob and I frequent the park with Daddy in the evenings. We love to walk almost every night and then go play, Jake loves the slide the best, Oh and he loves hopscotch. (which he calls hopstarch!)
We have play dates quite often..which is great for Jacob and me!
Jacob and I stay quite busy throughout the week doing lots of fun things together.
Ryan has done much travel this past year for research projects. California (San Jose twice , San Diego), and Monterrey Mexico. He has a few more trips yet to Mexico this year and hopefully our lives will slow down a bit.
God has opened many doors of opportunity to Ryan in his field of Pathology. It’s neat to see the possibilities that have been set before him.
It’s amazing the amount of stuff you can fit into one year…….and there is more to come!
